Faulty merchandise returned within 30 days will be replaced if possible; otherwise, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, email or call us as soon as possible. Full refunds are available only if the parcel has not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
